Purpose:

This form is for individuals seeking TNR assistance for community cats. To help us evaluate your request, please provide as much detail as possible and complete to be considered. All applications are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis and verified. While we do our best to assist, submitting this form does not guarantee approval.

  1. Shiva Foundation cannot guarantee all cats will be trapped.
  2. TNR is intended to humanely reduce community cat populations.
  3. Multiple visits may be needed.
  4. Cats may be returned to the original trapping location after surgery and recovery.
  5. I release Shiva Foundation, its volunteers, and partners from liability related to approved property access and TNR activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Note:

  1. Eligibility: Requests are reviewed based on available funds and alignment with the mission of Shiva Foundation. We may ask for additional information before approval. At this time, we are focusing on helping community cats in need of spay/neuter and TNR services.
  2. Follow-Up: If the form is approved, applicants will be contacted within 14 business days for further steps or to provide a confirmation.
